CommPlex Computer Systems (CommPlex.net) was founded in 2002, by Owner and Director James Cooper. CommPlex.net’s main customers were home offices and small business. We have since expanded our customer base to include Non-profit agencies, Federal, State, and Local Government entities. We have also expanded the company’s product line to include name brand Computer hardware, Software, Networking components,
Point-of-Sale systems,
Projectors, Plasma/LCD TVs, Cameras, Surveillance Equipment, Cables, Wires, Telephones, and Office machines at unbeatable low prices. CommPlex.net has built relationships with publishers, distributors, wholesalers and
manufacturers; we now have access to the latest releases and overstock equipment at prices up to 85% off the regular retail price.

Certified Refurbished (B-stock) - Fully refurbished products that have been retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications

Scratch & Dent (C-stock) - Fully refurbished products that have been retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications
- System may have considerable cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect performance, such as:
- Scratch – Single scratch that is not deeper than the paint
- Abrasion – Series of scratches in close proximity
- Rub – Blemish resulting from contact with another surface
- Dent – Generally less than ½” in diameter
- Gouge – Slightly deeper than a scratch and penetrates the paint
- System may be missing non-system critical (cosmetic) drive doors that would cover media reader or drive bay
