R.A.'s issued by CommPlex Computer Systems are valid for 15 days only and product must be returned to CommPlex Computer Systems within this timeframe. R.A.'s cannot be extended or re-issued.

Please have the following information on hand when calling for an R.A.#: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice.Please note that the following products cannot be returned:

• Discontinued items
• Special order items
• Literature
• Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
• Items not purchased through CommPlex Computer Systems
• Products modified by the Configuration Center
• Open units, units which require re-boxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition

Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part number by the manufacturer

All returns MUST: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturers boxes, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns may be returned to sender or subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

Clearly mark each address label of each package being returned with the R.A. #. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURERS BOX. CommPlex Computer Systems strongly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring return shipments.

1. If you are having problems with installation of the product purchased or have any technical questions regarding your purchase, please contact our Technical Support Department at info@commplex.net.

2. Defective and DOA (dead on arrival) product must be reported to Customer Service within 21 days of the invoice date. The product will be repaired, replaced or credited according to the manufacturers warranty.

3. All order discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled product, damaged product or overages) must be reported to Customer Service within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment.

4. All non-defective returns must be reported to Customer Service within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment. CommPlex Computer Systems will replace or credit the product according to the manufacturers warranty. A restocking fee up to 20% will apply to cover the cost of the return.

5. CommPlex Computer Systems will only accept unopened or pre-installed software and CD's for return. NO OPEN SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

**Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. CommPlex Computer Systems will credit one way shipping for returns that are our error. All returns must be shipped with direct signature required. CommPlex Computer Systems is not responsible for any returns lost and/or not received with in 15 days of the RMA being issued. 

CommPlex Computer Systems reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 21 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 21 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

Limitation of Liability
CommPlex Computer Systems shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if CommPlex Computer Systems has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a CommPlex Computer Systems product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CommPlex Computer Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CommPlex Computer Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CommPlex Computer Systems shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by CommPlex Computer Systems without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

CommPlex Computer Systems may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to CommPlex Computer Systems.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of CommPlex Computer Systems products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of CommPlex Computer Systems products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. CommPlex Computer Systems's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. CommPlex Computer Systems may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
